"The Herbalist"

Gin & Tonic

  • 5 cl The Herbalist gin
  • 125 cl of Schweppes Premium
    Mixer Orange Blossom /
    Lavender
  • 1 large ice cube and 4 little
    cubes or balls of ice
  • Indian cress
    (or basil leaves as an alternative)
  • Material:
    A long drinks glass,
    measuring cup and a twisted
    cocktail spoon

Preparation

  • Put the ice into the long drinks glass
  • Pour The Herbalist gin into the glass
  • Let the Schweppes Premium Mixer Orange Blossom /
    Lavender run slowly into the glass along the cocktail spoon
  • Finish with the Indian cress, placed on and between the ice
